We supply support workers, RNLDs and specialist HCAs to providers caring for adults and children with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge — across supported living, residential homes, day services and community packages.
Our staff are trained in PBS (positive behaviour support), PMVA, Makaton, communication aids and person-centred planning. Continuity is critical here: we work hard to maintain a consistent named team for every package we cover.
We respond at short notice, deploy compliance-checked staff, and stay with you until the right arrangement is in place.
