Shifts– Days + Nights

You will be involved in:

• Forming a therapeutic relationship with the service user
• 1:1 support, to encourage ventilation of feelings and anxieties
• Ability to assess and support individuals experiencing acute and ongoing mental health distress and crisis
• Use of therapeutic interventions, for example, distraction, diversion, talking therapy, and behavioural support
• Ensuring physical health needs are met
• Administrating medication as prescribed
• Work in partnership with service- users, multidisciplinary team (MDT) and wider system partners
• Write and follow individualised care plans
• To carry out a risk assessment on service users
• Compassionate and caring by nature

Requirements:

Valid and Active NMC Pin

Minimum 12 months Experience

Right to work in the UK
