Thank you for participating in our referral scheme! We appreciate you spreading the word about Aston Nursing Services and the great opportunities we provide.
Refer a Friend – How the bonus works
- Refer a friend who is a registered nurse and not already registered with Aston Nursing Services. They cannot have previously worked with us.
- They must have a minimum of three years recent experience, working as a nurse within the United Kingdom.
- Your friend must complete the full registration process and get hired by Aston Nursing Services. They must complete their first 6 shifts with Aston Nursing Services within 5 months of completing their application. Shifts must be booked directly with us.
- As soon as your friend completes their 6th shift, contact our compliance team at compliance@astonnursing.co.uk to notify us and claim your bonus. You must claim the bonus within 3 months of their 6th shift.
Once verified, we will issue £200 to be paid into your bank account upon your next timesheet submission as a thank you for the successful referral!!! Please kindly note taxes and NI contributions will be deducted from bonus amounts as required by law.
Eligibility Details
You must be a current agency worker placed by and registered with Aston Nursing Services to refer friends.
Referrals must be for registered nurses working in specialties like A&E, ITU/critical care, medical-surgical, paediatrics, mental health/psychiatric nursing and Midwifery. Unfortunately, we cannot pay bonuses for referring nursing assistants, healthcare assistants, or other roles.
Candidates can only list one referrer per application. We cannot split referral bonuses between multiple people.
Referred nurses must meet Aston Nursing Services’ hiring criteria. We reserve the right to not register candidates who do not meet our standards. No bonus will be paid if the candidate is not registered.
You must remain compliant and in good standing with Aston Nursing Services to receive earned bonuses when owed. Bonuses cannot be transferred.
Referral Process
When you refer a friend, please provide their full name, contact details, and your name as referrer.
Due to GDPR regulations, we cannot provide you details on the application status or shifts worked. We can only confirm when 6 shifts are completed to issue the bonus.
The referral program can change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
