Shifts– Days + Nights
Pay Rates– Earning from £46/hr
Bonus/Benefits: Benefits package + mileage
You will be involved in:
- Forming a therapeutic relationship with the service user
- 1:1 support, to encourage ventilation of feelings and anxieties
- Ability to assess and support individuals experiencing acute and ongoing mental health distress and crisis
- Use of therapeutic interventions, for example, distraction, diversion, talking therapy, and behavioural support
- Ensuring physical health needs are met
- Administrating medication as prescribed
- Work in partnership with service- users, multidisciplinary team (MDT) and wider system partners
- Write and follow individualised care plans
- To carry out a risk assessment on service users
- Compassionate and caring by nature
Requirements:
Valid and Active NMC Pin
Minimum 12 months Experience
Right to work in the UK
